Our login name is npsinternet. Do you or are you concidering getting someone who will process payments after hours. A lot of our business is done
in the evening and it would be highly convenient for us if we could send payments in sparatically and have them processed imediately so we can better
serve our growing clientel.
Please don't missunderstand us. You have been great to deal with. It is just a bit hard sometimes because you are in a different time zone, so
there are times we call in anticipation of reaching someone (to see if they could process our order for more domain years) and no one answers. That
is not all your fault, however, seeing as how you and your clientel is growing I am sure you will agree that the domain business is not merely a 9-5
business and it affects all of us 24-7.
I would be Highly interested in a phone number that will connect to a live individual at any hour so that we might inquire on the times your server is
down such as today. We tried to call you around 3:45pm mst and no one would answer--> Meanwhile we had to put our processing of orders on hold until
your server was running a few hours later. This also occurred the other evening around 1-2am, once again while we were processing names, and we could
not contact anyone.
We sent in another fax in the amount of $1000.00 to be processed for more domain years. We would be interested in hearing if you had the chance to
see it or if it has reached you.
Once again we are greatful for the services you have provided for us.
