Thanks for your reply. Paypal.com has you fill out a long form, then the site
tells you a letter is coming via snail mail. It NEVER comes. The man who
recommended I join it never got his confirmation, either. Without that, you
have no account. Also, it claims to only be good for use between individuals.
This seems to imply that you cannot use it for business.

I was hoping someone who offers either of the services I asked about in Q1 and
