They also reject perfectly good U.S. credit cards with U.S. billing
addresses if the holder happens to be travelling outside the U.S. at the
time the order is placed. Seems too cautious to the detriment of both the
client and the client's customer. Not impressed compared with other
credit-card clearers I have encountered.
