Hello,

We are already an OpenSRS reseller. Our business is foreigner owned,
cannot offer personal SSN to have a Merchant Account, therefore we are
unable to accept credit cards payment online.

I submit the terms to the OpenSRS bizops-list getting help. I welcome
any OpenSRS reseller to offer your best to help us resolving this issue.
Please make confirmation on the items listed below, if we refer the
registration customers who want to register their domains by credit
cards to you.

1. Registration fee per domain per year, regardless how much the end
user is charged. We charge customers US$60.00 on two years basic.
You only charge the first year registration fee, we wish able to pay
for the next year renewal by our own domain year credits.

2. We are paid via wire transfer directly into our own bank account in
USA on the 5th and 20th of each month and when our revenues reach
US$500. Wire transfer must be made as close to as possible for sales
earned in that period of the month and not later than 20 days after
the sale. i.e. on the 5th of each month, Wire transfer made for the
sales in the period of the second half of last month, and on 20th of
each month, for the sales in the period of the first half of the
month.
You can charge for wire transfers.

3. We are in charge of managing end user's domains, i.e. You must give
us back the top-level (and not subset) username and password for the
   domains we referred to you.

4. No setup charge and No monthly fee.

5. We put a link to your OpenSRS web site from our order form page.
We'll retrieve the customer's data at first, and then post form
   contents to your CGI scripts.

I appreciate receiving any comments, please submit to the bizops-list or
write to me.
