Open note to all who might consider this type of arrangement:
I'd advise some caution with regard to this idea. Processing transactions
on behalf of any other entity not specifically named in one's Merchant
Account Credit Agreement is both a violation of that Agreement as well as US
Federal Law & UCC Regulations, and is compounded when processing
international transactions, which traditionally do not follow the same path
through the US banks, and therefore are scrutinized more carefully.
A safer legal alternative might be to act strictly as an affiliate of a US
reseller. :)
