Thanks, AR. Math was never my best subject. But while it is true that $2
is 25 percent of $8, it is equally true that $2 is 20 percent of $10 (the
old base cost before rebate, and the new final cost). So from your
perspective you are losing $25 profit on your final procurement cost, from
my perspective I am losing 20 percent of what I might have recovered from
the initial cost. Two bucks is two bucks, no matter how you slice it.
Either way, it hurts.
