Suggestions urgently needed

Through my own stupidity, I have gotten myself in to quite a mess. I have
several domains which are registered through Gandi.net (ICANN accredited
registrar in France [I'm in the US]) I have sold two of the names.

There is no place on the Gandi site that describes how to transfer
ownership. They have a "modifications" page, but it does not work for
changing the owner's information.

I have emailed them twice a day for the last four days and have received no
response. They do not list a phone number on their site, and their support
page specifically states "We don't answer phone calls."

Any suggestions? Can I transfer these domains to another registrar and then
transfer ownership? (Note that the names have been registered less than 30
days.)

I know that the real answer is "Don't use a registrar you don't trust." But
beyond that, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
