Quesiton about domain expiration at Netsol

Hello all,

We have noticed that a domain name is about to expire and would like to get
it. However, its owner won`t answer any email and we are pretty sure he will
not renew it. What is the safest bet as to when the domain will become
really free? How can we try to get it with minimum risk?

>From Netsol docs, once the domain is expired (expiration date), 30 days have
to go by before Netsol really erases it. If the domain expires, let`s say,
on June 1st, does it mean that July 1st at 00:00 we can register it?

Also, is it OK to use a script on OpenSRS (we are resellers) to start trying
at, say, 11:50pm June 30 until we (might) get it?
Finally, I`ve heard that some companies specialize in this, but haven`t been
able to find them. Have you?

Any and all advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,
