Yes, but as quickly as they have moved forward with all the other
things they have promised, I expect them to make good on that promise
as well eventually. For a company who was nowhere a year ago, they've
come a long way, and their purchase of Paypal was one of the biggest
reasons why. But I was a customer of their banking service before
that happened and was pleased.
I use it as a "transit" account mostly, and haven't had any problems
at all with them.
