I currently have an account in both Pay pal and x.com. I
have a debit card with my x.com account. According to the
information on the x.com site, payments made from one member
of x.com to another are immediately accessible. They issue a
debit card with their accounts - so I can get cash once it
is in my account. I am assuming (hoping?) that payments
made to my Paypal business account, through the new
features, will be immediately accessible also. I expect
that they will soon become one account, instead of two.
