No, not yet, but transfers from PayPal to your X.com bank account are
usually completed within 48 hours.
The actual services are separate, and will probably stay that way,
since the actual X.com bank accounts are through First Western
National Bank of La Jara, CO (Whom I spoke to on the phone recently
when I had a question about an incoming wire transfer, and they were
very helpful).
I like the new insurance for Paypal accounts through Traveler's
though. Very professional of them to offer that, since it will add
security of mind to customers.
