hmm, this is definitely a good inquiry for x.com support. It's incredible that
they've removed any concept of an x.com join link from the x.com site! have to
wonder if it's an oversight or an omen. maybe paypal and x.com accounts will
soon be the same thing ...nah. can't be. well, who knows. {sigh}
anyhow, I believe it's still possible to signup for an x.com bank account, in
reply to a payment request from an existing x.com account. If you'd like to
signup, I can send you a request for a dollar. The payment link will allow you
the option to signup.
And I'll even refund your dollar :-)
