We'll be launching an OpenSRS-based registration site for ISPs and
wholesalers, charging only $1 (one US dollar) per domain registered plus the
$10 SRS fee (initially .com .net and .org domains only, plus future TLDs).
Site will be customized so that end users would think they're still in the
ISP/Wholesaler page and ISP/Wholesalers would determine their own prices to
the public.
