OpenSRS does not offer this type of program, however these functions are roughly built into the current system so that a Registration Service Provider wishing to offer this type of service may do so. This would be a custom feature built by the Registration Service Provider and not supported by OpenSRS. You may find a Registration Service Provider that offers this service by posting a message to: bizops-list@opensrs.org.
