Can anyone out there recommend a good webhosting provider that leases Cobalt
Raq3 dedicated servers?

I'm looking for something like such:

64MB memory
10GB drive
10 IP addresses
40GB/month bandwidth
24 hour staffed technical support

under $250/month.
