Duplicate emails (was RE: installation error)

If your email program allows it, filter on the following header:

        X-Sender: Mayur Shah <mayur@weblinkage.net>

All "duplicate" emails seem to be due to this person, and (perhaps)
a bad forwarding system on their end.
