Kirk,

There is no way of deliverying someone to a subdirectory just from dns.
You will need to setup a http redirect server, it can be done with named
virtual hosting and it would redirect the user for that domain to a
subdirectory based location.

If you don't want to use IIS, I've heard that Apache works great on NT.
We use Apache on Linux for all our hosting and have a few clients that
utilize us as a redirect server to redirect a domain for a promotion to a
subdirectory on their site.
