Since my domains are already registered with another OpenSRS reseller, can't
transfer without incurring a full charge? What's the deal with that? Doesn't
the SRS system give thedomain owner any assurances or are they going to wash
their hands totally when a reseller stiff the customer. Don't they get money
it of it and are they not liable for the quality of service?
