They are ":slowly" adding countries in which you can have an international
bank account (UK, and a few others so far) - They promised Australia and New
Zealand in April - I'm still holding my breath.....

Trouble is - PayPal changed their apporach.

Even if you are international - you still have to have a US bank account in
order to get paid. ! doh! great work PayPal.not.
