You don't.

There is no point in trying to compete on price. That is a losing
proposition.

Don't go after those customers who only care about price. What do you
bundle with service? Domain names alone is not the way to make a
business these days. The domain needs to be a part of a package,
where the customer sees more value in your service and isn't blinded
by the slightly higher price.

The days of high profit domain registration services are over, unless
you have a multimillion dollar advertising budget.
