Hi,
Here is an email I received from Card Service Intl.

"After discussing the account with Management, Cardservice is only willing
to accept the liability on 1 year registrations. If the merchant would like
to set-up a 2nd account for the 2-10 year registration it will require a
24-month rolling reserve."

Any of you got the same problem?
