Let me jump in here... I've dealt with Winston as well, and had the same experience, prompt service, and everything was taken care of immediately. Awesome deal, given the rates. I'd like to see another RSP compete :)

Domain Name Owners Needing to Renew Domain Names,
I would like to commend an OpenSRS RSP by the name of
Winston Neutel (winston@broken.ca) for the fantastic job he
did for me. Through my own carelessness I had allowed 43
domain names to expire about 3 weeks ago, and even though
they were still within the 40-day grace period, I was getting
pretty nervous about losing them. The OpenSRS discussions
about RSP to RSP transfers taking 2-3 weeks didn't help. :)
