These are not all DNS functions. URL redirection is done by a web server.
Email forwarding is done by an email server. I would suggest the following
free tools:

DNS: djbdns
Web: apache
Email: qmail

Of course, everyone has their preferences so I'm sure many other suggestions
will follow.
