Merchant Account and OpenSRS

You probably saw my question last week of needing someone to integrate
Paysystems.com with my OpenSRS client. After getting great feedback from
this list (Thanks everyone) I decided not to use Paysystem.com but to go
for a real merchant account.

Can you recommend merchant accounts / gateways that work best with
OpenSRS? What setup fees are involved and what software or
terminal/virtual terminal stuff needs to be purchased with the solution
recommended by you?

I might contact the same people for system integration that already
replied to me last week but are of course open for more
offers/recommendations.
