You should have it. YOU tell them the user name and password when YOU
register it. If you don't remember, Charles will tell you how to have it
emailed to the owner address...
Have you not paid for it, or did you do a charge back? There has to be more
involved I would guess.... If it was either of the two, I am sure it will be
disabled and not able to use for 3 years as the record shows...
