I run a now defunct domain registration service (HSAdomains.com).
However, one of my customers was able to pay for renewal against my wish
through an old 3rd party billing account at websitebilling.com . The
people at websitebilling.com dont want to issue a refund. My opensrs
account is at 0.00 and I dont want to send $250 just to renew the domain
of one customer. So, I would like to transfer that domain to another
member and pay him by paypal($15).
