And at least the whois doesn't work. When I run their demo the whois
doesn't return any data at all. I wrote Vladislav, and he sent me to their
commercial site to try it there. That one didn't work either. I have
received no response from additional emails. If the pre-sales service
sucks, I can only imagine what it would be like after they have your money.
