I'm selling my web hosting business (server are in Western Australia). We
have approx 250 clients hosting approx 300 sites. Annual turnover is AU$70,000

How much could I sell it for?? (incl hardware - Cisco Pix, 2xLinux 1xW2k
boxes, switch). Good placing in search engines.
