create name server

Hi,

We've been developing our OpenSRS client, and when I reached the point
of creating a name server, either your sample client, or the server does
not function properly.

the server returns:
400 Registry error, nameserver creation failed

Is this a bug in the client or server?

Please let me know so we can continue development of our PHP based
client.
