You might be right, I've been trying to determine whether this is where
the problem lies.
Both manage.cgi and register.cgi include the line:
require "OpenSRS.conf";
the OpenSRS.conf file is located in the same directory as these two .cgi
files. AIUI the search path used to find files includes '.', the current
directory. I believe that the current directory is the same as the
directory in which the executable resides - but if I'm wrong, this could
explain everything. Am I wrong?
