How is it you are able to change a domain from active back to pending?

Also I don't see any of what your seeing. If that were the case that the
manage.cgi information didn't match what was displace on the reseller
interface then there would be problems passing the RITE testing. Since your
manage.cgi isn't processing things correctly for OpenSRS to see that you
passed item #3 or #4 on this. I showed in my testing that it did update
correctly in both interfaces when I changed the DNS and the billing contact.

I don't quite follow what your saying, and I don't see the problems that
your seeing. Also remember if a domain is ever listed as "PENDING" it is not
editable.
