I'm still using 1.9b while I investigate how to implement these perl
modules required for version 2 - and the good news is that I'm no longer
getting the authentication errors I was seeing.

BUT... now every attempt to use manage.cgi or register.cgi results in a
"document contains no data" response.

Could anyone enlighten me as to what it is I'm doing wrong?
