In case of Domain Disputes, there are specific items related to Registrars.
Now what i want to clarify is by using the OpenSRS system do we qualify as
"Registrars" or as "Resellers" of a Regsitrar.

this gets all the more confusing if we ourselves intend to have resellers.
At what level do domain disputes get resolved and who is the authority.

By domain disputes i refer to following items

1) Domain hijacking: someone takes a domain away by pretending to be another
person
2) Wrong registration: knowing some big company is likely to reg a
particular domain name if someone takes it away for the sole purpose of
reselling it for higher amount
3) Trademark issues: some country courts have legal impositions on domain
names needing to belong to reightful trademark owners etc
