We are live but we probably will never offer direct registrations. You are
required to do due diligence to assure that the domain being registered is
legitimate and isn't be done by someone who is using a stolen credit card or
is knowingly registering a trademark violation. Because of the credit card
issues for fraud we will always check registrations before processing them
just to do at least our own sanity checks. I guess if you interfaced with
Customer name, and address information to further check on the credit card.
To answer your other implied question, yes we are live and registering
domains.
