The OpenSRS reseller will get email 45 and 30 days before the renewal
letting the reseller know to contact the customer directly or his reseller
and secure the renewal monies. Once this is done the OpenSRS reseller will
go into the reseller web site and mark the domain as renewed and then it
will deduct the money out of the OpenSRS resellers' account to pay for the
renewal. OpenSRS does NOT plan to directly contact the customer to get the
renewal, that is the job of the OpenSRS reseller.
