This has to be a joke, right? NETSOL and proven method used in the same
sentence. I would suggest posting this on the Internic domain-policy
mailing list. I'm sure the list subscribers there would get a kick out of
it.
I would much prefer instant domain registration via OpenSRS then e-mailing
a template, hoping the e-mail doesn't get lost (happens quite a bit at
NSI) and the registration doesn't get stuck in their queue for two days
(happens more that a lot lately at NSI) before being registered.

But, using your example, NSI does. You might say that they have an e-mail
interface and a web interface. Guess what, NSI's web interface (the new
one where they get your credit card up front) just e-mails the standard
domain registration templates behind the scenes.
