Creating host records in the global database

The client api indicates that there is a create_nameserver command
(taking as args: cookie, ip, fqdn).

I see that manage.cgi supports this, but only for new nameservers
under the domain which is being managed.

Has anyone written a CGI or PHP script using that API to add other
servers? Or is everyone just using netsol's email template to
add new nameservers?
