+ Added (for bulk email only) {{bad_domains}}: Total number of domains
NOT registered. (had problems) (for Bulk)
+ Added (for bulk email) {{lost_revenue}}: Total lost revenue (gross) due
to unregisterable domains. (for Bulk)
+ Added (for bulk email) {{full_amount}}: Total amount if all domains had
been registered. (for Bulk)
+ Added (for bulk email) {{idsdomains}}: List of Order Id's for Bulk

And possibly {{domains}} for the complete domain list, though I can't seem
to remember if that was there already or not. I'm fried.
