I got this email from BulkRegister, with a bit more detail (maybe?)
The NSI Registry Production RRP interface will be taken off
line for scheduled maintenance beginning at 8PM lasting until
11PM EST on March 25, 2000. The reason for this scheduled
maintenance is to upgrade the Production system storage
capacity. We apologize for any inconvenience.
