Follow up...

May I suggest that OpenSRS add some code to the lookup server so they can
set a flag to not do lookups but return a message stating the NSI Registry
server is currently down or something like that.

"Turning off" the lookup server make our websites hang when someone tries
doing a lookup. A somewhat informative error message would be much
better.
