I really don't think thats the best way to implement this using
CF. Problem as I see it is that you have a lot more work every time a new
release comes out. At a minimum, you will have to research the new release
very carefully looking for subtle changes.
Try this:
Modify just the html templates distributed with Opensrs, to output
field-name/value pares. Then do a cfhttp call to opensrs, and parse the
results out. You can use the results in your cf templates. To post stuff
back to opensrs, mimic the action codes and required fields.
Then when future releases come out, you simply have to study the html
templates. Much easy IMHO than researching all the PL code.
For an example, see http://domains.primechoice.com. Code is proprietary
(unlike OPENSRS) but should give you an idea.
