Yes, exactly, after all the organization listed is the domain
registrant/owner. An organization of "NONE", as someone suggested, would
suggest there is no domain owner for that domain. Just think back to
registering via NSI. The organization is the legal registrant(owner) of
the domain. If the registrant is an individual, they should likst their
legal name as the organization.
