Problem with manage.cgi

Hi:

I've been working on integrating the new client with our backend stuff, and
have run across a snag with manage.cgi

It seems that every time you click on Manage Profile, or any of the other
links, once logged in, it returns me to the login screen again, with
nothing else.

What gives? Everything else, in reg_system.cgi seems fine, but this
manage.cgi thing doing this doesn't make sense.

Help please.
