I just tried this with the latest manage.cgi, available in the 2.0x
version of the code (and at manage.opensrs.net)
When I change the password for the profile (of which I have several other
domains associated), it changed them for them all (as in reality, there's
only one profile).
He should verify that all the domains he's trying to change the password
for are in the same profile. When you login, you can see at the top a
link that shows all the other domains associated with that profile. It's
possible that while these domains have the same username (externally) they
are not in fact in the same profile (internally).
Concurrently, with the latest manage.cgi, you can move domains from one
profile to another (based on domain name), and that should help clear this
problem up :)
