Thank you it was an OpenSRS.conf silly me... unfortuantly I am not out of
the woods yet..
What is the Crypt:Blowfish. is there a workaround for NT or something
should I use a version that does not require this package... also I am
unable to connect I assume it is because of the Crypt:Blowfishh not found
error, is there a debug log I can look into for more info..?

Looks like an OpenSRS.conf error

Does your config look something like this

$PATH_SOURCE = "/home/opensrs"; # make sure this is correct
$PATH_LIB = "$PATH_SOURCE/lib"; # nothing usually needs to be
done to this

Did you move any folders?
