domain is the domain to be registered. reg_domain is a previously
registered domain associated w/ the profile the user wants the new
domain to associate with.

Ie, if the user has registered:

        domain => foo.com
        reg_username => bar
        reg_password => baz

and then registers:

        domain => xyz.com
        reg_username => bar
        reg_password => baz

the two domains will be in separate profiles. If instead, the second
reg is done as:

        domain => xyz.com
        reg_username => bar
        reg_password => baz
        reg_domain => foo.com

then foo.com and xyz.com can be managed in one login.
