domain is the domain being registered.

reg_domain is the name of the profile this domain will be attached to.

If this is a new profile, reg_domain will be the same as domain. If you
are adding the new 'domain' to another profile 'reg_domain' is the domain
name of the other profile.

The 'username' actually ends up being 'domain+username' -- this allows
multiple users to have the same user name. So you need the domain name to
create the account.
