Protocol Questions

I have a few questions on the OpenSRS protocol. If this is covered
somewhere else, please accept my apologies, I couldn't find it anywhere.

First Question:
  The "register_domain" command states:
"Register domain, creating any necessary nameservers along the way."
I know I can specify up to 10 DNS servers by fqdn, but how do I
specify the IP address? Do I put the fqdn in first then create the
nameserver, or should I create the nameserver first? Or does SRS do a
dns lookup to get the IP addr?

Second question:
By looking at the source it seems that "register_domain" is also used
to initiate a transfer. It this correct? Are there any fields I need to
set to differintate a transfer from a new registration?

Thanks
Chris
