DES.pm does not need a IP address, but to connect to the live SRS server you
need to have a IP address, the test server does not care where the requests
comes from because it is a test but when you go live the live server needs
to have a IP address (if you have done the rite-test you would know this)
that you tell opensrs the IP your going to use to connect to the system to
authenticate.
