It's my understanding a transfer using reg_system.cgi would use the RSP's
assigned (the default) DNS (since there's no place to enter a DNS) and once
the domain is transferred the owner of the domain can manage.cgi and change
the DNS to whatever he/she wants .... Don't take take this as gospel though.

For transfer domain using the reg_system.cgi, will it use the "default DNS"
or
will it keep the old
DNS?
